Yes! Our Luna Deluxe Range is fully insulated as standard. The Luna Essential Range can be upgraded with insulation, plasterboard, and plaster skim finish to create a warm, usable space all year round.

Absolutely. From the number of windows and doors to interior finishes, flooring, lighting, and more—we offer a wide range of options to tailor your garden room to your exact needs.

We build a variety of sizes, from compact studios to large multi-room garden buildings. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to recommend a size based on your intended use and available space.

Most of our garden rooms fall within permitted development rights and don’t require planning permission. We’ll advise you based on your specific location and design. Read more in our Planning permission guide.

Yes. With proper insulation, heating, and high-quality materials, our garden rooms are designed for comfortable use throughout all seasons.

Online Ordering FAQs

How to place an order, pay a deposit, and manage your quote or purchase through our secure online system.

You can use our Instant Quote Calculator to customise your room, view pricing, and submit your details. Once submitted, we’ll confirm everything and arrange a call to go through the options and book your installation.

No. We only require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the installation date, and we’ll confirm this during the order process.

Yes, although we accept all major debit and credit cards for deposits, our preferred payment method is bank transfer.

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t gone into production or the installation hasn’t been booked, we’re usually able to make changes. Just get in touch with our team.

Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a follow-up from one of our team members to finalise details and confirm your installation date.

Installation FAQs

Details about the installation process, site requirements, and what to expect during your build.

Most garden rooms are installed in as little as 1–10 working days, depending on the size and finish required.

We offer full base installation as part of our service. We’ll assess your site and handle all necessary groundwork to ensure a solid, level foundation.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the site, along with a water supply and electric point, we can carry out the installation without you needing to be present.

Yes. Our Deluxe Range includes electrics, lighting, plasterboarding, plaster skim, and more as standard. These are also available as optional extras with the Essential Range.

Most of our garden rooms fall within permitted development, so planning permission is not usually required. We’ll advise you if your design needs it. Read more about this in our Planning Permission Guide.

Yes, we cover the whole of the UK. We also offer a delivery-only option, which is ideal if you have your own installer or are outside our core service areas.
