1. About Us Luna Garden Rooms Limited is a UK VAT registered limited company specialising in the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of bespoke garden rooms. Company Number: 15284851, Registered Office: Luna Garden Rooms Limited, Unit 1b, 16 Plymouth Ave, Pinxton, Nottingham, NG16 6NS.
2. Definitions “Customer” – Any person, company or entity placing an order or entering into a contract with Luna Garden Rooms Limited. “Contract” – The agreement for the supply and/or installation of goods and services between the customer and Luna Garden Rooms Limited. “Goods” – Any products supplied by Luna Garden Rooms Limited, including but not limited to garden rooms, components, and materials. “Services” – Any installation, consultation, or design work provided by Luna Garden Rooms Limited.
3. Quotation and Acceptance All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed upon receipt of the initial deposit and confirmation of specifications in writing. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise any quotation prior to acceptance. If any upgrades to the Garden room are required but not expressly detailed and priced within the quotation, that additional work will not be completed. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all requested upgrades are fully specified within the quotation and that the pricing is accurate prior to acceptance.
4. Payment Terms The total cost of your garden room will be agreed in writing. The following staged payment schedule applies:
- 20% Deposit – Payable at the time of booking to secure the installation date.
- 60% Pre-Installation Payment – Due no later than the first day of installation.
- 20% Final Payment – Final payment due on completion.
All payments must be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payments on time may delay your build and/or incur additional costs.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- As each Luna Garden Room is manufactured to the customer’s individual specification, all orders are final once accepted by Luna Garden Rooms Limited and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- Luna Garden Rooms Limited reserves the right to retain all payments received and recover any costs incurred, including but not limited to design work, administration, materials, manufacturing, and installation costs where applicable.
- No refund will be payable once materials have been ordered, manufacturing has commenced, or installation has begun.
6. Delivery Policy We aim to install your garden room on the date agreed in your written quote. While we make every effort to keep to this date, delays due to weather, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible.
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing safe, clear access to the site
- Ensuring the site is level and prepared, unless groundwork is included
- Providing a mains water and electricity supply for the duration of the installation
Access:
The access required of: 1 meter wide x 2 meters high x depth of your garden room plus 1/2 a meter, clearance is needed to bring the panels through (please be mindful of any corners).
If delays occur due to issues with site access or preparation, additional charges may apply.
7. Specifications & Changes All specifications must be agreed upon in writing before manufacture. Any changes requested after this point may incur additional costs and delays. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality where necessary.
8. Site Preparation Unless included in your quotation, the site must be:
- Level and clear of obstructions
- Free of underground hazards (pipes, cables, roots etc.) Any additional work required to meet these conditions will be quoted separately and may delay installation.
9. Finishes & Materials
- Composite and Cement-board cladding on the rear of the garden room will be installed using remaining off-cuts to minimise waste. If full boards are preferred, this must be requested and agreed at the time of booking, as additional costs will apply.
- Bathroom and kitchen features including extractor fans — must be specified prior to installation. Any such items will be added to the total project cost.
10. Customer-Supplied Parts or Fixtures
If it has been agreed that you will supply any parts, fixtures, or materials, these must be brand new, complete, and ready for installation at the time of fitting. Should any supplied items be incomplete, defective, or unsuitable for installation, additional charges may apply to cover labour, travel, fuel, and replacement parts. Luna Garden Rooms Limited also reserves the right to refuse installation of any customer supplied items that do not meet the required standards or incomplete.
11. Warranty & Aftercare
- A 10-year structural warranty applies to our Garden room range.
- A 5-year structural warranty applies to our Summer House range.
- Fixtures, fittings, and electrical components are covered by a 12-month warranty.
- Warranty may be voided if the structure is altered, moved, or improperly maintained.
12. Liability Luna Garden Rooms Limited shall not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or customer site conditions
- Consequential or indirect losses
- Any unauthorised alterations made by the customer
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services supplied.
13. Legal Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes to These Terms Luna Garden Rooms Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or issuing to the customer in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued engagement with our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
